Hi everyone.

I’m running into a weird problem that I’m hoping is not a defect.

Ram 1500 big horn crew with halogen light

Purchased vland lights. Everything works great but the moment I turn on the engine low beam and high beam stops working. Currently only right low beam is working.

There’s no error code or anything.

Thanks in advance

I'm not sure what's going on but to clarify, highs and lows work fine when you turn them on with the truck not running. When you start the truck they stop working? Are they led bulbs in stock housings or are they aftermarket housings?

They look like aftermarket housings to me. If that's the case and they are suppose to be plug and play, they may be defective. Do they have built in resistors? Are they made to replace halogen lights or leds?

I don’t think it has a resistor on it. It’s a fully aftermarket from vland

If they are replacing halogen lights and they are led they will need to have resistors to avoid a bulb out message.

Check your connections, you might have the backwards .... I ended up doing something similiar with the OEM projectors , I put the signal going to to lows and the lows to the signals lol ...

That is what it looks like is happening from the picture you posted ... I see the left side lights not lighting up at all ...
