Is your truck a 2019 Gen 5, or 2019 Classic? Also, are you looking for a true locker, or limited slip?

The truck is a 2019 1500 classic. I don't know what differential is in it. I'm thinking limited slip, but could go with a locker.

Lockers are more specific to dealing with absolutely both wheels spinning power when off roading/rock climbing vs daily driving which can result in less than desirable handling characteristics. Since your asking what differential to use, I'm going to say a locker not required.
A good LSD like Detroit TrueTrac is good all around for daily driving and most off road adventures that don't require a locker specifically.

If you currently have an open diff, I'd recommend an Auburn. The Auburn has conical clutches. Essentially, it keeps both wheels locked at all times. However, once a wheel starts to bind (making a tight turn in a parking lot), the Auburn will release tension, allowing the binding wheel to free up. I installed an Auburn in my 08 1500. It's probably the best mod I have done to my truck. Before the Auburn, when the roads were wet, I would spin one tire at every stop light/sign. After the installing the Auburn, no more tire spin.

Here's a good article, that explains the differences in a few LSDs.

To clarify this. I'm looking for a manufacturer that makes a limited slip differential for the new 2019-2020 Rams. They changed the design for the gen 5 trucks starting in 2019.

The 1500 classic is a Gen 4. It still has the 5 lug 9.25" Chrysler.
