Air Ride Suspension question

Does Dodge have to turn off the air ride suspension system before they work on it? If they forget to turn it off and set it down, will it blow your air bags and cause them to have holes or leaks in them?

their is setting in the system for jacking so the truck does not start trying to adjust itself when your changing a tire of something. Its not going to hurt a thing if they did not put it in jack mode while its on a lift.
