Alfa OBD and Lonsdor Bypass

My son has a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Classic with the ECODIESEL 3.0 - I purchase a disgnostic kit for him as a present, I was wondering if anyone can point me to the location of the STAR Module on the 2019 Ram Classic?

Would the bypass cable have to be connected to both the CAN C and CAN IHS when using the AlfaOBD? Or just one of the gateways?
