Thanks f
To answer your questions, when the rest of my car is in imperial and I tried to change the temp with the HVAC controls it would only give me HI and LO. When I would try and manually try to change the temp and scroll to a specific metric degree with my finger on the screen in the comfort section it would just default to HI or LO. When I changed my EVIC and the rest of the car to metric, I have full control of climate but its visually just in metric and celcius. So for the time being my gauge cluster and everything else in the car has been in metric while I have been trying to figure this out. So yes when I push up and down arrows on my HVAC it will increase and decrease in Cº and both driver and passenger temps have only been in Cº. I have tried rebooting, battery disconnect etc.
About the not saving part. I miss-worded. All the setttings I set on alfaobd saved correctly. When I restart radio after enabling those settings, they do show up in my units section of my settings but when I select the units to change to Fº, MPG, etc, the uconnect screen will tell me the setting wasn't saved.
Thanks for the quick response. The Uconnect display only toggles between High & Low, and this is displayed on the Uconnect as High or Low?
This was the behaviour I experienced when the BCM wasn't communicating on my Ram truck.
When you say the physical HVAC buttons work normally, does the Uconnect display the numeric value in °C and pressing the warmer/colder buttons increase or decrease the numeric value in °C?
Have you tried a battery disconnect or rebooting the Uconnect?
Typically, not saving is an AlfaOBD connection problem. If you make a change and then repeat the same request immediately, does AlfaOBD indicate the original value before the change?
I was working on it.
