Alfaobd help with rearview camera (newbie)

Vehicle info = 2013 ram 1500 tradesman

Hoping for some clarity on enabling my newly installed rear view camera (aftermarket) from Infotainment (with plug n play harness). I have enabled two settings under "car configuration change"

-rear view camera = enabled
-chmsl camera = enabled

I am still not getting any video on my ra2 display (blue screen). Do I need to enable anything else, if so, what?

Note: I am getting this code after enabling the two configurations above = U0264

I know the code above is related to the camera, question is, is it configuration or wiering issue?

I searched on here and looked over the giant Alfaobd quide thread but did not come across info that I can try.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, I found that setting after I started this thread. So that has been set to "yes" as well. I am still getting a blue screen and no image and the same U0264 code.

I have checked the fuse box as well as the fuse integrated with the harness from Infotainment and everything looks good.

You don't mention what radio you have (RA2) in a terminolgy I understand. Is it the UConnect 5" or something else?

Not to hijack your question, but I have a 2013 Big Horn. It came with the 8.4, Alpine sound, but no rear view camera. I got the tailgate assembly off a totaled 2014 that had the backup camera. I hooked it up in my 2013 Big Horn. I should note I have the locking tailgate and swapped the connector for the split camera connector.
I then got Alfaobd and activated the rearview camera setting for my computer. The camera will not turn on, but I replaced the terrible 8.4 Uconnect with a Kenwood touch screen. I connected the factory adapter plug and used the idatalink Maestro to keep my climate controls and steering wheel controls. I get the same trouble code. I'll keep searching and if I find somthing I'll post followup
