mine never says “Procedure Completed” and nothing changes when I perform these operations. What am I missing? PLEASE HELP, Thanks in advance!

It also tells me this when connected to Wifi

I use an old tablet for alpha stuff and found that turning everything off except blue tooth helped with connection and getting everything to do what it should in the app.

Do you for sure need a “Bypass Cable” to turn anything on or make adjustments on 2018 RAMS? or is there some other way around this with what I’ve got?

Yes you need the bypass cable.
