I had my 2015 aligned at Firestone today. $189 for lifetime alignments, so what the heck. I plan on keeping it a long time.

The printout shows all the new ("Actual") setting to now be in the green range, except for the caster. When I asked about it not being in the green range they said as long as it isn't pulling left or right it is okay and caster being off of factory spec won't cause any unusual tire wear.

So tell me, am I okay with the settings as they left them or do I need to go back to get everything in the green?

Caster isn't really adjustable if I am not mistaken and your cross caster is in spec.

As long as their machine can pull your make model year, and you haven’t done any crazy mods, then everything should be all green. I wouldn’t argue with them but rather take it to another Firestone. If that one produces all green then take that sheet back to your original Firestone and ask them to explain their shortfall again.

You got a Lifetime Alignment.
Make another appointment at a different Firestone and see what their tech shows.
If they question why you want another, tell them you hit a major, spine jarring pothole, figure it's better to be save than sorry, since you got the lifetime adjustment.

Thanks for the thoughts. I'll give it a few days and drop by another location and see what they come up with.

I do have 35x12.50r17 tires instead of the factory 33" 285r70x17 Goodyear Duratracs. Would that make any difference whatsoever in the settings? Suspension is still 100% stock. And I know the Power Wagon has some different suspension components than the standard 2500 and I don;t know if all the caster, camber, toe, etc. are the same settings or not.

If I remember correctly, my caster is also just out of spec, I was told it isn't really adjustable. But I am not an alignment expert either.

I don't think you have adjusters for the caster, so caster is what it's from the factory, you'll need adjustable lowers or combination of upper/lower arms to correct caster. Camber is fixed in your live axle unless you have offset BJ's that can correct camber, Toe is th only thing they can adjust, and it seems they did ok.

not really. THink SHoes with platform soles. does not change how the shoe fits on your foot, only how high it lifts your short ass.
