The actual bolt for the pulley appears to be discontinued, This was part# 6507442AA

You would need to buy the pulley assembly now

I have the upper and lower independent smooth pulley setup, not the one in the picture I attached on this reply. As you see in the picture, it states this part is also discontinued, also I do have a/c.

Your correct looks like it is disco but glad thats not the one you need.

The 2 smooth pulleys with hardware are the same and can be found below
