Just got a 2016 ram 2500 and the wipers don't work dealership said motor, so i replace it, and the fuse and the multi functional switch, no wipers any ideas please help.

Did you test to see if you had power going to switch before you fired the parts cannon? And if yes, did you have power going to the motor? How about after the replacement activity, is power flowing through there? And what were the readings?

You could have a broken wire, bad ground, gotten a bad replacement switch and/or motor, fuse could have blown due to some short or electric gremlins.

You went to a dealer, should have let them finished. I would put original parts back on, return everything, and let dealer fix. If you go with replacement parts they will definitely charge another diagnostic fee.
