Allmoparparts front Tow Hooks

I have a 2014 Ram 1500 QC Express and was looking to put tow hooks on the front. Searching Amazon cheapest I could find was ~$127 shipped. I'm looking through the forum of installs and there's an add for Allmoparparts so I go there to check their price... $87.50 shipped. The part numbers given don't line up, in fact if I google them its an exhaust hangar

The initial picture shows the front tow hooks exactly like what I need, attached in the correct spot, "guaranteed fitment for your truck", but when I go to checkout the picture changes to look more like the "exhaust hangar tow hook" the part number represents.

I have an email into them to see what the mix-up is. Anyone else have experience with this site?

I ordered my mopar hooks off ebay for 130 shipped. They came from a dodge dealer.
