Can anyone help me restore all this it’s a 16 ram 1500 express slt the radio bezel isn’t hooked up wiring wise so you know

Why was the radio bezel and switches disconnected? That will give you comms failures.
What has been done to vehicle lately, what has been changed with AlfaOBD? Did you make a copy of the original configuration file?
Vehicle mismatch suggests something was changed that was not compatible and / or VIN numbers registered to the different modules don't match..
That C10C6-11 Brake lever shorted to ground is quite concerning.
P1D73 is active grill shutter (AGS) problem
U11E9 is AGS loss of comms with the PCM (engine computer).
I would be checking the wire harness around the engine compartment for damage 1st
