Alpharex Headlights

I know this topic has been covered before. I did a search and didn't see anything on this question, so if it has been answered, sorry I missed it. Looking at the Alpharex chrome pro series. I have factory dual lights. Can the AlphaOBD be used to make the DRLs work and still have the switchbacks work or would I still have to wire it in?

You'd still need to wire it in since your truck didn't come pre-wired for the drl. Its stupid easy to hook up. Positive, negative and fuse tap.

It maybe possible to add the factory DRL circuits to your 2500, I added them to my 1500. The "DRL module" that come with the Alpharex headlights just turn the DRLs on when you start the truck. The factory DRL circuits come on when the truck is in gear, drop out with the turn signals and can be turned off through the radio.
The 2500/3500 trucks may use a different wiring harness for the headlights. Probably @Mpgrimm2 would know if they are the same as the 1500, if so he can make you up the wiring to add.

I got my DRL harness from @Mpgrimm2 but haven't added it to my 1500 since I don't have the drl headlights now lol ...

Any of the Alpharex headlights you order will include the drl wiring harness and it is very easy to install ...
