anyone running alpine type s619 3 way in the front??? do they fit without brackets

If they are 3in or deeper you will need a bracket for sure.

Type R are a drop in. Type S will need a spacer.

they fit perfect with the little spacer that comes with the speaker. they are 3 way and i have them running off my DDX790 sounds awesome. but the dash 3.5 kickers still have a presence thats for sure

i had to install them upside down cause there is some kinda eletrodie soldered on the speaker which rubbed on the piece of plastic on the bottom
