Can Alfa OBD actuate the alternator ?

You can read what the battery voltage is in the ECM but it's highly unlikely you can manipulate the field coil voltage/current which changes the alternator output.

You will need a proper scan tool to perform that function. One that has true bi-directional controls like the WiTech has. There are plenty of aftermarket scan tools that can do what you are wanting to do. The Autel Maxisys MS906 will do it as well as many of the lower prices Autel devices.
