Have you removed the rear seat to look at the back wall of the cab? I have mounted amps on the back wall of the cab plenty of times as well as under the rear seat and under the front seats.

This is the best pic I’ve got but there’s a ton of room behind the seat.

When it comes to car audio installation some ingenuity and serious imagination are required. Get the idea in your mind of what you think it should look like and then go to the truck and put a visual together. I normally make cardboard cutouts in the size of the equipment that I am installing and I use them as my guide until I get it the way I want it.

Thats all the space i have
Down at the bottom of the back wall, in the middle between the cab vents is probably the only space that amp will fit and still be able to latch the seat in place. See my attached picture.

If that doesn't give you enough room in this location to latch the seat up then it's time for some imagination.

One time a few years back I mounted and amp like yours on top of the transmission tunnel, longways, directly behind the center console. I removed the rear cupholder and I cut the cupholder mount out of the floor of the truck with my die grinder so the amp would lay flat.

Then, I built a custom false floor to put over the top of the amp and I made a cutout for the rear cupholder assembly to go in. I went to a salvage yard and cut up a piece of carpet from a wrecked unit and I used it to cover the false floor. I ran all of the wiring for the amplifier under the carpet and under the rear seat.
