I recently bought a 2015 Ram 1500 longhorn Laramie that has power running boards. I initially thought they were factory, but now realize they are aftermarket Amp Research. The controller says A-06. I've been trying to find how to manually deploy them, but I can't find a switch and they don't appear to be bluetooth enabled. Anyb6have more insight on this?

I have these too. No switch for manual deployment with that controller. If you want to keep them down, just put your foot on the board and then close the door. They will stay down. Just open and close the door again, then they will retract.
Amp does sell a different controller that will work with a switch. I had to replace my controller because my boards wouldn’t retract all the way. I bought a replacement just like I had. Then saw that there was a switch available.
I called AMP about the switch, and he said I needed to buy a different controller.
Controller cost is about $100. Maybe if I ever need to replace the controller again, I may get the controller and switch they sell.

Thanks, I'll give that a try. I want them out when I was the truck so I can clean them as well.
