Well this came in the mail today! For fellow Canadians check out amazon.ca! Way cheaper than anywhere else I could find it. Paid $269 CAD shipped.
It's a 6" drop 7" rise adjustable hitch with the 2 5/16" and 2" balls. It's the greaseless version too so you won't have to grease the balls (lol) when hooking to a trailer that grounds on the ball.
I got the greaseless version primarily because I don't like rust, and the less steel showing the better lol. It looks great and it drops just enough for my dump trailer to be level on the truck! My little aluminum trailer is on a bit of am upwards angle but for a stock size truck it would be fine. I now just need a second locking pin!
Now for the pics!
With the dump on I measured a .25" squat on one side and 1" on the other. Airbags set at 35 lbs. It maybe have just been the lay of the land that caused the increased squat on one side over other.
We'll see how the hitch works on Monday. Taking my 25' cargo trailer to pick my new Kawasaki Ninja up!
