How do I locate info on whether I can upgrade the antenna on my 2019 ram 1500. Has basic radio. Installed sxm with after market antenna and wondered if that upgrade was a possibility

From what i understand, in the newer Rams, all the antennas are in the Shark Fin Antenna
SAR, AM, FM, Sirius XM
I guess too many owners complained about the fender antennas
