Anti theft

first thing I did is get a great alarm setup mine was tryed 2 times to break in over the years my alarm cheeps great when I went to it and unlock it so I knew someone was messing with it !

this might be a good discussion to ask just what does the factory alarm do. I dont remember what the sales guy told me..does the security system disable the vehicle...is there an alarm sound other that the chirp when I lock the doors..I have that turned off. I get 3 beeps if I manually lock the doors and dont have the fob with me but I have never heard any kind of siren sound
