Looking for some advise. I want to put a leveling kit on the front end of my 14' 1500 2wd crew. I've looked at the daystar 1.5", but I wanted to go a little higher and add a little fake if possible. Anyways, I'm not having any luck finding any leveling kit over 1.5". Another concern is if I would need to install shock extenders. My buddy says I need to, but daystar advised otherwise. And lastly, my goal is to get 33" tires on it. Again my buddy says it's fine, but daystar said nothing bigger than 31". Any help, advise, or experiences would me a lot! Thanks!

I just installed the Daystar 1.5" kit and got a full 2" out of it. The product rep I spoke with told me to expect that and also to not expect any settling. Looks and rides great.

Im planning on starting a thread with pics and more details soon.

You can't use adjustable bilsteins on a 2wd, only 4wd. The Daystar rep gave you good advice and horrible advice lol. He was right in saying do not use shock extenders! The shock is the limiting factor when it comes to the over extension of your stock suspension. If you get longer shocks or shock extenders with a leveling kit, it will allow your top coil bucket to contact the upper control arm. Not good. Now the horrible advice, I don't know how he even came up with 31" tires on a leveled truck. Rams come stock with 33" tires if you have the 20s. And 31" if you have 17" rims. I wouldn't go a full 35" tire on a level 2wd, will be way stuffed and probably rub. No problem fitting a meaty 33" with the level.
