Any way to put headliner speakers in when you didn't have them from factory?

Looking to do a stereo upgrade here shortly, I want to put a screen in for movies on our long drives and figured while I'm at it I could maybe toss the headliner speakers in like the alpine stereos have? Is that possible to do or no?

I wouldn't bother to much with it as it kinda messes up any kind of imagining you have going on with your regular stereo. Really the only benefit I could see from it is if you have enough processing power to do a 5.1 or 7.1 surround system and those are few and far between.
