My Sirus trial subscription ran out and I sent a payment to continue the account. Numerous attempts to reconnect Sirus XM failed. After talking to the customer care at Sirus I was sent to the team that handles my specific radio model (this team is not in the Philippines but somewhere here in the US) I come to find out this is a known issue with some 2019 12 inch screen owners and the engineers are currently working on a solution. I'm curious if anyone else out there has this same problem?
