anyone have a glitch with lock pick?

having an Ipod glitch with my lock pick, keeps kicking out the ipod, connection in the glove box. sometimes sees it just fine, plays then jumps to fm radio, sometimes I can switch it back no problem and then sometimes it loses it completely . Ive talked to their techs twice now( they are really on the ball with support fyi) so far removed the fuse for the radio in an attempt to restart the radio, but it didnt help. Now they want me to remove it and try it without lock pick and check all the pins on the connectors, Pain in my ass but oh well. So hopefully have more answers when i get it redone, maybe on my lunch break today. But I was just wondering if anyone else had any weird glitch with it.

Yeah, it occasionally looses my connection to my iPod plugged into the glove compartment. I'd say it happens maybe 1 out of 5 times I start the truck. I use the internal HDD as much as possible, never had a problem that way.
