I was shopping around for other places to get Mopar fuel filters because I'm tired of being ripped off at the stealership and I came across these suspiciously cheap filters on a few different websites. The prices are very low which is making me think they're a scam but I wanted to hear some thoughts. I'm putting the links to some websites below so you guys can take a look. Any feedback is appreciated.

considering those fuel filters are protecting a very expensive fuel system to rebuild, do you really want to trust it to cheap filters?
Stick with Fleetgaurd or Mopar filter for the fuel filters.
Try Geno's Garage or DieselFiltersOnline.com

Cross filters has had good prices on the Fleetguard FS53000 front fuel filter along with Donaldson DBL 7349 oil filters, I purchased from Cross for 5+ years, also Cross price listed includes shipping to you door in the lower 48 states, for the rear fuel filter cartridge its either Genos Garage or some times Rock Auto. Oh the first link you gave it looks like they are pulling a fast one, red flags go up when I read stuff like this: Replaces part numbers: 68157291AA, 68436631AA along with the supper low prices for 3 filters that is way too low to be real Mopar filters being sold...
