Are you certain the board is the right orientation. Mine have a set of holes close to 1 end and the other end its a further away. This screwed me up pretty good first go around. As well make sure your brackets are in the right spots.

Mine aren't that particular kind but my brackets were marked wrong, took me awhile to figure it out.

Both boards are exact same. Same hole set up

Can you post a pic of the driver side one bow you have it assembled? I have similar ones you have to make sure the brackets are in the right spots

My boards, Tyger Risers, brackets were labeled a certain way but I found that I could not get the boards mounted properly using that pattern. I had to flop some of the brackets around. Just a thought.

I had the boards laid out with the holes showing, and I positioned the brackets until I saw them line up enough to work.

its really a two man job especially when trying to hold it up and trying to make sure everything is lined up. hard to be in three spots across the bottom at once

they work and look GREAT

Glad you got it figured out. Sometimes a little patience and an extra pair of hands gets the job done. Any pics of the finished product with them on the truck?

Hello All.

If anyone sees this... I tried installing some TSS 5" oval running boards last night, and noticed when I looked at the drivers side (underneath) there's some sort of structural bracket (see post #7) that appears to be "in the way" of properly mounting/securing the front mounting bracket for the drivers running board? I would 'think' the manufacturer should know about this and would've made the correct bracket to adapt. I'll check all brackets again... maybe one is incorrectly stamped.

I have a 2016 Big Horn Crew Cab, and confirmed (like 3x) that I ordered the correct set of boards.

Why can't things just ever be easy?!? :(
