From their site: They are "high quality domed gel logos...". Yes they are stick on. I think they are very similiar to what other users have used for their external custom ram emblem replacements. I thought it was an actual button replacement intially, so when I read that it was a stick on application I was skeptical. Now that I have handled the product, it is surprisingly decent quality and doesnt feel or look super cheap. I figured for $8.99 it was worth a try. Pleasantly surpsrised.

I'm sure they will sell plenty of them because at 21,000 miles what ever coating is on mine is wearing off. I never have dirty or greasy hands when I start it that would cause early deterioration and I don't put any shine products on it.
