Anyone with an R/T wanna do an experiment with me?

I'd like to compare 60-0 braking between my truck and a stock truck.
Before the new brakes I already had SSBC stuff on it so any comparison would have been bad to start with.
If anyone has an R/T on 22's and has the space and a long tape measure to find the 60-0 stopping distance I'll find a place to do the same and see what if any difference there is.
I think as long as your brakes are in good working order with good pads it should be a pretty valid comparison.

Yea I would think the r/t may stop farther than a regular ram due to the wheels.

I think you should do 100-0 if you can, or both. Those bigass brakes you have should handle the heat, and really shine compared to the stock ones at that speed!!! :)

That was my thought. Compare something with the same size wheels.

they're not bigger. outside diameter of RT tires is smaller than outside diameter Express tires. so - no on the turndowns?

I'm looking at rotational mass more than OD.
And I put off the new exhaust until this coming weekend.
My girl was in town and I wanted to spend time with her instead of working on the truck.

Found this info from a Motor Trend review of a 2009 Ram R/T.

"Although essentially carryover technology from the previous gen, the stopping distance from 60 mph was a respectable 135 feet-10 feet shorter than a comparably equipped Tundra."
