I would assume that the only thing with 89K on it is the motor..........as in it quit and he replaced it.

I know a guy that put his hi mile body over onto a low mile frame for the whole drivetrain. It is easier to do this than to change each part. He didn't unbolt the fenders from the cab just the hood so he could get hook a strap on the core support. Opened the doors & put a 4X4 though with a strap & picked it up. Was cranked & driving again in 10 hrs I aligned his cab & bed together on the frame for him & help set the bed on.
