Are the two hexagon shaped holes for mounting the rear of the power steering skid plate?

Actually I think it's the circular hole with threads in it right at the bottom of your picture.

Thanks. I was thinking that threaded insert was for the suspension plate. There's not enough room for me under the truck so getting a good view (or a good picture with my phone) is difficult.
