auto dim interior lights only work if you turn the headlights on manually

2018 Ram 2500. When the headlights come on, the interior lights should dim. I have the dimmer switch set to the lowest (darkest) setting. When the headlights are set to come on automatically, the interior lights do not dim. When I turn the headlights on manually (far right on the dial), the interior lights dim. Anyone else having this problem?

Sounds like U may need a BCM reflash.

You need to go in to your display settings and change it from auto to manual. Dash/Radio lights are controlled by both headlights and ambient light.
