Auto Level not working - 2018 Ram 3500

Hi All-

I have a question in regards to the Auto Level not working on my 2018 Ram 3500. I apologize if this has been asked before. I have a 2018 Ram 3500 megacab diesel with the factory Auto level, and due to the tongue weight of my trailer, the auto level does not work as it exceeds the max weight for the auto level to function. My 2014 2500 had cheap airlift bags that worked really well other than having fill them manually.

I called Kelderman and they said they have done others for the same reason and I would need to replace the entire system. Before scrapping the factory auto level which really is nice (if it worked for my situation), I wanted to see if anyone else has encountered this or figured a way to make the factory system work.

I am close in weight as the system works without my 500lb toolbox in the nose of the trailer, but I have no way to rearrange the weight otherwise.

How much tongue weight do you have on the trailer and how much weigh in the back of the truck? Is the truck a SRW or dually? Have you weighed the truck and/or trailer?

Mine works with over 2500 Lbs. pin weight.
If you have that with a bumper pull something does not add up!
