I have a new 2026 1500 Rebel I got a little over a week ago. Coming from a 2025 GMC AT4 which the infotainment was both intuitive and flawless. The Rebel has the level 2 14.5" display. First, a question - are you supposed to be able to use your phone with the native Uconnect and Android Auto at the same time? It seems like texts only work in Android Auto. I want to confirm what you are absolutely supposed to be able to do before thinking I have an issue. Next, the issue - Android Auto wont reliably connect wirelessly. It drops constantly. The phone is in the charger pad. I've tried several soft resets and finally a factory reset. It actually seems to be getting worse. The phone works in my wife's car and worked in the GMC a week ago. I've read on some reports of others having this issue but I havent seen a definitive resolution.
