Fob works okay but pulling on drivers side door handle won’t unlock all doors. Passenger side handle unlock feature works normally.

Any suggestions as to the problem?

I'd start with the battery in the fob, then move on to harder things.

If that doesn't change it, then you have to start thinking about what you have done,
is something in the truck blocking the signal,
has something happened to that door, have you made any recent repairs like a door glass.
Had the windows tinted where they use lots of soap solution.
Do you have any codes

It could be lots of choices, go easy to hard

It may or may not be the handle in the door but i would not start there

Having your phone and fob together when locking and unlocking will block the signal. Make sure your phone isn’t next to your fob when locking and unlocking. Also check your settings in the infotainment system.

Its most likely not a problem at all, just the way the truck is set up

Find out where the users features are and change it in there

Is this not a setting in uconnect on the radio, lock/unlock all or just driver? The setting is there, and I know it is definitely for the fob but do believe it also is for the passive system. On my 2015 it did all the doors lock/unlock same on my 22 and all my other jeeps, Durango's and charger because I have them all set to all doors. The only "door" on the passive system that will only unlock just it is the liftgate/hatch and tailgate that will only unlock itself and not other doors.

IMHO, The fob is doing what it is supposed to do - a security measure. The driver can get in, in theory no one else. When you open with the fob from the passenger side you are admitting passengers. I'd leave it as is unless you live somewhere very safe.
