on my 2017 1500 the passenger side front window will only go down automatically and not up
from both switches, I doubt both switches are bad not sure what to look at first.

yes it works the down, just like the drivers door switch

So I am understanding that the switches for the passenger door window on both doors work only the auto down

Manually roll the window down when it reaches the bottom continue to hold it for 2 seconds, then do the same thing going up. It calibrates the limit switches for automatic operation.

Push the button and continue to hold it the would not be automatically rolling down the window.

There is a recalibration for auto up / auto down. Hold the button up until it stops the HOLD it for an additional 2 seconds. Then do the same thing going down. Hold the button an additional 2 seconds after it fully opens.

This could be required if something gets "pinched" in the window while closing it.

all fixed, I did the recalibration and now it's all good.

Thank you for this. It worked great. It actually saved me a trip to the dealer thinking I had a bigger issue.
