What is the biggest offset you can have and still go through a regular carwash

9 inch with -13 offset and I fit. I think it would also depend on the car wash. Doubt all are built the exact same width.

If it has a track in it a 12.5 tire won't fit, if it doesn't have a track I don't know. I know I'm not trying it.

I can barely go into automatic car washes with my stock truck. My mirrors almost get taken off. I prefer the do it yourself type anyways.

Not necessarily true. There's quite a few car washes that have the auto-tracks in them down here that will take a 12.5 tire. I've had mine in them with -12 offset. But I'm in the greater houston area so I'm not sure about others.

There's one I go to with being lifted and -24 with 35x12.5 that I still fit in no problem

I pull my stock height, stock wheels with 35/12.50s in the auto car wash all the time. I d o have to fold my tow mirrors in though.

I'm talking automatic washes with one track, put your truck in neutral and it pulls you through. None here will accommodate a 12.5.

if you hate your paint i guess these washes are appropriate, hell I have trouble going through the water only types.

Well I don't have that problem, mine is stock. I push the button for the mirrors and go on in there. Besides that how else are you going to find out. When you pull in there your going to find out pretty quick if it fits. My black truck only gets washed in the drive through car washes. Just like my last one did and it looked great at 6 years old sitting outside .

touch-less is the way i go, i never do any that have the rails... just my preference.

Their pretty narrow up here. In the winter I have to go through but it's the touchless one. The one that pulls you through sits and turns on when a car/truck pulls up and you already know that there is ice on those mop heads; scratch city!!!!
