Automatic tailgate lock question?

I have a 2012 ram 1500. It doesnt have the automatic locking tailgate with the remote. Wondering if it can be added to the existing one i have now.

Yes - it is not really hard at all, if you already have the locking tailgate handle, the part you need is

Dodge Ram Tailgate Power Lock - 82211668AB

Once installed, locks and unlocks with your doors
