Wired up switch, but #1 button will not work, anybody have any ideas to fix!

Aux Switch Panel...

I was told by the dealer when I bought my new 2015 Ram 2500 mega cab 6.4L hemi 4x4 that I can customize any of the blank areas in the aux switch panel (where the heated seats and heated steering switches are located) with switches for whatever I want (snow plow, aux horn, LED light bar etc...) and that I could order the buttons to be custom labeled however I want. the problem is nobody can tell me how I can get this done or where to order these parts. Anyone have any ideas on this? thanks...
