AVS Low profile window visors installed

I couldn't find any Ram photos with these things installed, took a chance and ordered anyway.





I just installed them, so don't know whether there will be wind noise. Despite being called "not in channel" there is absolutely a plastic tab that goes into the channel. There is adhesive that is on the outer portion of the plastic, and the instructions say to roll the windows up and leave them up for 24 hours. I had in-channel ones on my Frontier, and you could definitely ALWAYS here the motor strain increase when rolling up the windows. I heard no straining with these things on first roll up.

The Ram trucks have a safety feature that will lower the window rather than strain the motor. I have those installed on my truck and had to reset the auto up to account for the in channel bit.

Also I got a bit of noise with them but not intrusive. Not as much as the ones that stick to the door frame with tape.

I installed the same ones and left them for 48hrs. No issues with any of the windows.

I've been looking at the weather tech ones but been hearing bad things about the auto feature nice to know these work maybe I will look at the
