Can you post a picture of it’s connection to the rest of the exhaust pipe?

This is looking down on the resonator delete pipe where it connects to the OEM pipe which is on the left by the clamp. The clamp is supplied with the Solo product.

Once the resonator pipe is slipped over the OEM pipe you tighten the clamp. The shop put a small tack on 3 sides of the pipe & clamp connection to keep it from rotating.

The two welds to the right are done by Solo to get the right angle on the tip.

Today was another mod day, albeit a minor one, this time to add a bit more sound to the exhaust.

I didn't want anything loud an obnoxious, just something that would give me a bit more sound with no drone while cruising.

I went with a Solo Performance #991908 resonator delete kit and had it installed today.

Thanks @Nick@GotExhaust, for sending me down the right path!

Results? Suits me to a "T". Nice burble around town, opens up nicely with a deep tone at mid and wide-open throttle. There is no drone in 8th gear at 70 MPH.

Oh no!
You got rid of the hideously ugly resonator...

that's a nice looking truck!

I'm contemplating getting back into another Ram myself. I got rid of my 17 several years ago for another Mustang, had it for 6 months then went to an F150. We moved to an apartment that had a tight parking garage, so I got rid of the F150 for a 2024 Frontier. It's nice, but it's a bit small, and now that we have a house again I don't need the smaller truck. I've been looking at new 1500s and used 2500s. I found a new 1500 Lonestar (bighorn if you're not in Texas) extended cab, night edition package, 3.92 gears with limited slip for $38k that has me contemplating making the jump. We shall see.

are you still running the stock muffler in the sound clip you posted or did you change the muffler too?

Then I debadged the tailgate & the two front doors:

And just this past week I had the 2.5" level kit installed:

I have plans to tweak the BCM a bit with AlfaOBD to add some desired functions. I am researching tires and will eventually get rid of the hockey puck Transforce tires.

Lastly, here's a hint of things to come...

More on this mod later:

The hood got a little attention over the weekend. I wasn't a fan of the chrome/black/red hood badges:

I replaced them with these:

And today was wheel day. The stock 18x8 aluminum plain Jane rims were replaced with some OEM Longhorn rims:

Finally, after watching USPS send my package from Surprise, AZ to Avondale, AZ, then to Phoenix, AZ then to Dallas Freaking Texas... (sigh) the package with the sticky tape finally arrived. USPS works in strange and mysterious ways sometimes...

Anyway, here's where I started, where I went and how it finally looks:

Can you share where you got the new badges? I've been wanting to get rid of the red accents on my badges and switching them to blue like this. Thanks!
