so something weird happened today....i got a flow master....thunder series? i think? it has a super 10 on it...annywayss....i was doing a burnout and i eventually let off the break and let the truck go...it was going then all of a sudden i heard a big "pop" SOUND. and lost like all power..like my shift gage went all the way down then right back up and i gained power...it honestly felt like 1second it lost power then gained it all back..whats all that about?

if it is a backfire, you might look to make sure you don't have an exhaust leak at the heads to exh. manifolds, or exh manifolds to head pipe connections. If it is a backfire in the muffler, you might find it half again bigger than it was. LOL.

Sounds like you experienced the RAM exhaust fart. It extremely amplified when aftermarket exhaust is used. I've noticed it happens only during heavy to WOT and around shift points, usually 1st to 2nd.
