Bed divider

Do you have to have the Ram box option to utilize the divider? Found someone selling one locally and wasn’t sure if I could use it with my bed( I don’t have the box/rail system in my bed).

When you build one online, adding that package (bed utility group) requires the rambox option as well. I don’t know if the divider is available separately, or if it’s expandable.

I’ve ordered the 2019 Limited with rambox and bed utility group, but I don’t have it yet. It’s been built, but is awaiting shipment. Wish I could help more. Maybe someone that has the bed utility group with divider can chime in.

I have a 2018 4th gen with ramboxes and the bed divider and I don’t see how it could be expanded for a bed without the ramboxes. The divider is one piece of molded heavy duty plastic that is built for the width and detents within the rambox bed only.

If you really want a divider you'll have to go aftermarket. I like my amp bed extended as it keeps stuff close to the tailgate when in and gives me more space when flipped out onto the tailgate. The roll n lock tonneaus have a cargo manager option that is more similar to the rambox one.
