Hello everyone, I am looking for ideas to accomplish pulling pallets into the bed of my 2021 1500 with 6'4" box (DT/New Body) with materials on them. I've seen a lot around the internet but nothing exactly like I'm looking for or without the information I need myself to get it done.
Ideally, I'd like to have a winch mounted to the frame from the interior of the bed nearest the cab so I don't lose any bed space. I've thought about a 5th wheel set up with a winch, but then the pallet won't come into the bed fully, so that won't work.
I've also heard of a few attaching the winch to their under bumper hitch and having pulleys set up to pull things into the bed, which would also work if it was a setup I could remove relatively easily.
I'm also open to any ideas anyone may have, something under bed with pulleys mounted so the cable enters the bed somehow, anything at all to get something started for this project.
Thank you all for your help, I appreciate it!
