Bed Plug Cover Kit for 2014 - 2023 Ram 1500, 2500, & 3500 Trucks

A while back we got a new Ram 3500 that was pretty loaded out. One of the things it came with was the factory fifth wheel/gooseneck hitch. The plastic inserts that Ram ships with the truck were pretty pathetic. Drag one toolbox or hard object across them, and they break. Hit a good bump, they fly out. It wasn't long before gravel, dirt, and everything else was clogging the hitch points and making it a pain to use them.

So, we decided to make something better. This bed plug/puck system is designed to fit the factory fifth wheel hitches on 2014 - 2024 Dodge Ram trucks. They are made in the USA of stainless steel and designed to outlast the truck. Once installed, the plug system keeps debris or cargo from falling into the fifth wheel hitch points. With the inserts installed, the system is flush with the ridges of the bed and does not hamper loading or unloading of cargo.

The pucks have a flange that mounts to the bed, and the covers twist lock firmly into place. When installed, it keeps the fifth wheel hitch points completely free of debris and you don't have big holes in your bed for stuff to roll and fall into.
