As for the level kit....do a quick ebay search for Ram 1500 level kit.

I searched that!! Came up with a million kits, only a few close to that price range, sorry to be a total pain, but can ya give me any better info? Don't want to buy junk, sometimes i've had great luck with cheap parts on ebay and sometimes i've gotten BONED!! Some of those sales are deceiving look like great stuff from their pics and description and end up being awful!! Let me know if you can come up with a brand or item number or something.. Thanks!!

I understand that this raises the front, but are there any benefits other than (looks) leveling the vehicle? Any downfalls to changing the trucks geometry???

More ground clearance in the front end. Really other than that it's mostly looks. As far as downfalls, you could have to change some front end parts sooner because of the extra height but most everyone will agree that the level has never hurt anything. Just make sure you get an alignment afterwards that's a big part of it.

I actually gained fuel mileage doing this mod....because of the alignment. I guess the factory alignment wasn't as good. Sure will help with the tire wear too.

The truck rides wonderfully and now the front underpanel does not hit curbs. It was way too low for a 4x4 truck.
