My 2017 Laramie Longhorn toneau cover keeps getting jimmied open. Any ideas for a camera that can alert me (motion detector). But also not be so visible to would be thieves. Anybody had these kind of cams installed for anti theft sake?

thanks

I'm a fan of Blackvue cameras. Their 2 channel systems are pretty solid and can be connected to via WiFi to view recordings and live video.

Just installed the BlackVue DR750X-2CH. Installed the front this weekend, didn't have time to get the rear installed. Pretty simple to hardware. I did add the BlackVue CPL Filter BF-1 filter in order to reduce glare. Great cam!

I'm going with BlackVue dual channel when they come on sale. Not cheap but they are one of the leaders when it comes to Dash Cams.

If they're getting in when you're parked at home, perhaps look in getting an exterior cloud camera like Nest or any other brands.

Thanks all for your feedback. BlackVue looks like the go to for front and rear cams.

My x has the house. I now have limited street parking. It's the worse...can't even leave an empty pack of cigarettes on the dash, that's just asking for a smashed window.
