I got the BullRing black stainless steel
Pop up / stowaway ones for my rear pockets from Amazon. Very well made and look like they should have always been there. The kit I got came with the 2 rotary 1/4" shank bits for cutting out and finishing the bed rail plastic covers so that when installed they are flush with the top of the rail. Those bits normally sell separately for about the same or more than the 2 rings.

I went the cheap route and ordered 3 sets of these for the 6 stake pockets on my 8 foot bed. The beef online with them was that they didn’t fit tight and guys were losing them. I simply siliconed the largest bolt nut that would fit to the inside of the cap. So far - so good. They fit flush, look great, and the weight of the bolt nut keeps them in place.
