Mine does too. The 2016 Ram Brochure states that it's one of the amenities of the Big Horn/Lone Star package.

Okay if you look at my post history from around 2011 you'll see I had a similar issue. I can tell you disregard what the brochure says. I bought a 2010 Big Horn and my buddy also had one. I pulled up beside him one day after buying the truck new and noticed that our headlights were different.

Turns out I had like 13 options missing that his had even though our customer package number was the same. I filed a complaint with local dealer, dodge, bbb, attorney general's office. Dodge gave me the run around and could never explain it. Said that it was maybe because mine wasn't a 4x4. I sent him vins of vehicles for sale on line that were v6 2wd rams that had options mine didn't.

I called the dealer, he picked up the brochure and read off that list. I explained to him that mine was missing those options and he didn't know how to respond.

I was sick to my stomach. I was missing quad headlights, steering wheel controls, auto dimming, leather wrapped steering wheel and a lot more options. I never got an answer, Dodge ****** me around and eventually stopped calling.

I later traded that truck on a used 2011 big horn with all the options.
