Exterior mods:
First thing I did to the truck was get rid of the obnoxiously giant whip antenna and replace it with a shorter one.
Then I replaced the ugly Drive Pink license plate frames
Put a sticker on the back window to make my truck easier to differentiate from all of the identical ones
I also added a bully hitch step/led taillight[

Performance mods:
First thing I added was a pedal commander. I mostly got it for the eco mode, but i do have a lot of fun with the sport mode (especially in the rain)
After reading up on it, i couldnt pass up installing the Vararam Air Grabber. Im very happy with it, and dont regret that purchase one bit.

I sucked it up, bit the bullet and paid the price for the weathertech floor liners. Im sure there are other options that are just as good, but ive had weathertech in past vehicles, and they've been a lifesaver.
I installed red LED strips on the slider rails under both driver and passenger seats for some nice ambient light at night. Until I decide how i want to hardwire them, theyre just plugged into the rear 12v plug.
I ordered replacement map and dome lights through Diode Dynamics. I wanted LEDs in case i leave my lights on overnight, plus it never hurts to have brighter lights. I also decided to order them in Red to match the under seat lights and to not be blinding if i need to use them while driving at night.
I also got a glass screen protector for the head unit. Unnecessary mod, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.
My truck didnt have a locking glovebox, which i see as a necessity, so i bought and installed a locking latch.
I also set up a quickdraw for my firearm. Its just a left-hand paddle holster hanging on the map pocket of the center console.

I have a heavy foot, and I hate getting pulled over. So naturally, i got a radar detector. I went with the Uniden R3 for its incredible range and false alert GPS lockouts. A bit pricy, but it has saved my ass a few times.
Kenwood DRV-320 dash cam. Decent picture, speed overlay, GPS location overlay, right price for a temporary unit. Eventually i will be swapping out for a better setup.
