I am planning on going with either the RCX or Zone offroad 6in lift kit.

I am debating on either getting 37s or 35s.
I have never had a lifted truck before so it is a hard choice. How big of a gas mileage difference is there between the two
?

I don't know about mileage, but here's a few things to consider from what I've read: You're gonna need the 6" and then level it with Bilsteins or a small body lift depending on how wide and what offset your new wheels are . . . And unless you have 3.92 gears, it's not a good idea to go with 37's

Lost 2mpg going to 35x12.5 Trail Grapplers. Id assume you will lose at least another 2-3 without regearing. If you were to regear, then youd be ok with 37" tires and wouldnt lose as much.

You will always lose some mpg with larger tires even with gearing as they are heavy and have more rolling resistance.

With 35" MT's you'll probably lose around 2 mpg. With 37's you'll probably lose around 3-3.5 mpg. But it all depends on your driving style and the type of driving you do (city, highway etc.) Regearing won't give you any noticeable difference in mileage; it could actually make it worse in some cases however if will make the truck feel a lot better and more driveable. Not so slug-ish like it will be with the stock gears.

Your truck likely has 3.55's in it as that's the most common for a 2011 however you need to get your build sheet from Chrysler to verify.

Is there a way to look up our build sheet?

If you lay under the truck, on the drivers side rear axle housing / tube there will be a white sticker by the shock mount. It has your gear ratio on it. It has a sliver backed barcode on the sticker as well .. (just to make it easier to spot it in case it's muddy or covered in road crud)
